Pride Returns: Please note, any returns that are made for Pride t-shirts will be processed minus the charitable donation, so that we can still honour this on your behalf.

Any orders containing handwriting tops can take an extra working day to process.

Who delivers Rock On Ruby's Parcels?

We use Royal Mail as our UK delivery provider. 

If we are sending a large parcel or something that needs to go very quickly we may use a courier company such as FedEx.

For International shipments they will be delivered by your local delivery service.
