It's the day after supposedly the most depressing day of the year. To be honest, we didn't really noticed much difference between that or any other gloomy Monday in January...but we're all up for the cheering up after it part! So only last week, we admitted we *may have* overindulged this Christmas, and that we should start to love ourselves more, and have a PMA (positive mental attitude!).
