Ordered a T-shirt and sent an image of handwritten text to be added to it. When it arrived, some of the text was missing. Messaged customer service, thinking there may be an issue because it was a personalised item. But they apologised straight away and sent me a return label to return the item - with no extra cost to me. They added the missing text, dispatched the item on Friday and it was delivered on Monday. Item was perfect and matched the handwritten image I had sent. Most importantly, my sister loved it. Brilliant customer service. Would definitely order from ROR again.
