I’ve ordered from Rock on Ruby five or six times. Each time the T-shirts or sweatshirts have been great quality with fantastic colour and have washed well subsequently. Recently I had an issue with an order for a party and I contacted their Customer Service team. They helped me really quickly and sent out a new top straight away.

I've a big milestone birthday coming up later this year and have been looking at these sweatshirts for a while. Finally decided to order one last week and I'm so glad I did. The reviews don't do them justice. It really is fab in terms of colour, quality and finish. Can't wait to wear it in Nov!

Absolutely love my bag it’s the perfect Mum bag - wish I had bought it sooner!! Can fit so much in there so saves me from having to take another bag for wet wipes it all fits. Love the pockets so can keep things safe. The bag is comfortable to wear even when full, the fabric is a brilliant quality. Will be ordering more leopard print items!

I’ve not given this to my daughter yet, as her birthday is on 30/8, but I can’t wait to give it to her. She complains that I get her sister “girly” stuff and get her “dark and disturbing” so I’m hoping I’ve hit the mark this time!
The sweatshirt is a lovely colour and the fabric seems ok, I’ve not washed it yet, so can’t comment on how it survives the Drum of Doom (the washing machine) as I often put a much loved item in it for it to be “sent back to me” changed! Obviously, it’s NOT the machines fault, but it helps my “version of myself” to believe otherwise.
I’ve often ordered a large size, as comfort is the key, but I’m usually disappointed in what is considered XL, but not this time! It’s actually bigger than I’d hoped, so should add that extra comfort when wearing it.
I’ve not come across a company like ROR before, where a humorous and informative email arrives after purchase, more companies should put this effort in as it’s made me want to buy from them again.
