Gaga goes Egg-static over Grammy Win!

In what could be her most bizarre red carpet entrance yet, Lady Gaga arrived at the Grammys concealed in a giant egg.

Yes, you did read that correctly. In a Giant Egg.

Gaga refused to speak to Ryan Seacrest on the red carpet because she was apparently in ´incubation´ ahead of her performance! However, she did graciously manage a little wave.

Instead, her scantily clad entourage did the speaking for her:

Obviously.

The huge egg had to be fitted with an oxygen tank and a fan as Gaga apparently spent 3 HOURS inside the Egg before her performance!! Ryan Seacrest told E! viewers that the singer spent this time inside the Egg getting into character ahead of her performance for the Show

And Lady Gaga made sure she ´hatched´ in style for her performance at last night´s live show! The 24-year-old outrageous singer emerged from the glowing egg and launched into a spectacular version of her brand new single Born This Way.

The eccentric singer later swapped her ´Egg outfit´ for a moulded black number with sexy Black Thigh High Boots to accept the gong for Best Pop Vocal Album for The Fame Monster. ,

Surprisingly Gaga used her acceptance speech to thank pop icon Whitney Houston?!

"I wanted to thank Whitney, because when I wrote Born this Way, I imagined she was singing it - because I wasn´t secure enough in myself to imagine I was a superstar."
