Following LGBTQ+ creators on social media is a great place to start. This is the content we take in everyday and it really affects us! Following people from the LGBTQ+ community can teach us about issues or daily nuances that we normally wouldn't even think about. There are some great creators on this list here from a post of ours a while ago that you should definitely check out! Seeing content around this subject everyday also means that, to you, it will be the norm - you see it everyday after all. Which is one step closer to everyone viewing it this way. It all starts with one person!support
Support comes in all shapes and sizes! From a supportive insta story to a charity donation - it all counts towards the same goal! Dom&Ink has some great LGBTQ+ illustrations on his account that you will want to share with everyone! If you're familiar with us, you'll know that we have a Pride range of t-shirts which are also great for showing your support. Plus, we use 20% of the proceeds from each of these tops to make a donation to the LGBT Foundation. We've got more info on supporting LGBT charities over on this post.

educate
Friends and family often say things we know are outdated but you brush it off because they don't mean it like right? Or they just don't get that is wrong. But that's where we need to step in. Explaining to people that certain words they use can be offensive and are outdated can be uncomfortable, but it starts a conversation and educates them to make the world a more inclusive place.check in
This might seem like an obvious one, but check in on your LGBTQ+ friends and family. A lot of people might look strong and like they're doing fine, but everyone needs someone every now and then. Let people know that you are there for them whenever they need to talk!
