1. Evelyn's Cafe Bar - Manchester
Starting off in our home town of Manchester, Evelyn's is a gorge cafe with a modern warehouse-y aesthetic - think bare brick and plants. It's perfectly placed in the Northern Quarter and also offers cocktails if you're planning on a boozy brunch.
2. The Tavern Co. - Liverpool
If you're looking for a full american experience this is the place to go! Whether you have a sweet tooth or prefer savoury you'll find something you love here - and you get free coffee refills!
3. The Breakfast Club - London
There's a few locations for this amazing cafe in London now and for good reason! The interior is super cosy and the pancakes are unreal.
