Manchester is a magical place all year round, but there's something about Christmas, that just adds that little bit of something special. Now we're not going to lie; we do LOVE a good instagrammable place to eat. Yes, yes the food is important, obviously, but getting that social media shot makes us very happy, especially when the restaurant has gone all out with it's festive feels! So let us show you our favourite Manchester eateries that have gone EXTRA Christmassy this year; definitely the bigger the better!
Grand Pacific - One of our favourite places for cocktails all year round; with it's golden pineapples, elaborate interiors and incredible selection of food and drink, it's already in our most intagrammable places! But the Christmas they have gone MEGA glam! Golden lights decorate the entrance, with a HUGE Christmas tree covered in gold pineapple baubles (of course!). It's a very posh festive time at the GP!
Albert Schloss - Already well renowned for its magical door decorations, Albert Schloss has not let us down this Christmas. Giant fairy lit trees dominate the entrance, leading in to even more large trees inside! Everything is beautiful and the cocktails are even better with the scent of pine needles and burnt orange!
The Refuge - One of our absolute favourite instagram worthy places in Manchester has to be The Refuge. With it's indoor hot house, complete with trees and fairy lights, we didn't think they could top it...but they totally did! Just look at the outside courtyard, with it's hanging fairy lights, complete with ginormous tree and cute festive tent for some outside drinking!
Hotel Gotham - Another one of our year round faves; Hotel Gotham is a very popular with Mancunians and tourists alike! With it' 1920's New York vibes, super secret members club and some of the best views in town; we were always going to be impressed with this cool hang out's decs. And just look! Standing guard outside, are some very impressive toy soldiers, complete with fairy lit foliage, this place looks and feels like Christmas in NYC!
Rosso - There's nowhere more glamorous than Rosso restaurant! Owned by Rio Ferdinand, this restaurant has very expensive taste...and it shows! The incredible interiors have been dressed in a white winter wonderland, and to top it off, the entire building has been 'wrapped' in a giant gold bow!
