UK Orders: 48 hr delivery – but please allow 3 to 4 working days from order date.
Any orders containing handwriting tops can take an extra working day to process.
Once your order has been made, it will be shipped on your chosen delivery service:
- Standard (48 hr: Approx 2-5 working days)
- 1st Class: (24hr: Approx 1-2 working days)
- Express: Next Day Delivery (next working day after your order has been made)

Who delivers Rock On Ruby's Parcels?
We use Royal Mail as our UK delivery provider.
If we are sending a large parcel or something that needs to go very quickly we may use a courier company such as FedEx.
For International shipments they will be delivered by your local delivery service.
