HOW IT WORKS: Choose your cap colour & choose your embroidery colour to create the perfect customised cap.

Cap Colours: Bottle Green, Cream, White, Charcoal Grey, Black and Navy

Embroidery Colour: White, Baby Pink, Pale Blue, Navy, Black or Red Thread
Please note: Due to a prominent seam down the front of the hat, there might be slight discrepancies in stitches embroidered over the seam.

PERSONALISATION
Your chosen slogan can be embroidered over 2 to 3 lines and approx 8cm wide max. The sizing will depend on the amount of text entered.

Font: Choose from our font list shown in the images above!

Layout: You can choose to have your slogan curved or straight on the front of the cap.

Extra Text: There is also the option to have additional personalisation on the back of the cap. This is limited to approx 8 letters!

Shipping

UK Orders: 48 hr delivery – but please allow 3 to 4 working days from order date.

Any orders containing handwriting tops can take an extra working day to process.

Once your order has been made, it will be shipped on your chosen delivery service:

  • Standard (48 hr: Approx 2-5 working days)
  • 1st Class: (24hr: Approx 1-2 working days)
  • Express: Next Day Delivery (next working day after your order has been made)

Who delivers Rock On Ruby's Parcels?

We use Royal Mail as our UK delivery provider. 

If we are sending a large parcel or something that needs to go very quickly we may use a courier company such as FedEx.

For International shipments they will be delivered by your local delivery service.

Love these caps so much I ordered 3! The embroidery detail is spot on, the caps are of great quality and they can be adjusted at the back.
