ROR at the Manchester Bloggers Meet

Fast forward 2 months and there we were at the Milton Club in Manchester surrounded by 26 fashionable bloggers from the North West. (A little bit daunting when you have arrived late, hungover and slightly sweaty from the ongoing heatwave)

However, all the girls were SUPER lovely and chatty, so we got stuck right in!

Here's what we wore >>

Firstly the girls bonded over blogger bingo and maybe a cheeky cocktail from behind the Milton Club bar.. Then they were straight into their first task - to design a tshirt inspired by the Rock On Ruby range! (that's us!!) The girls were split into 4 teams and each came up with a slogan that was fabulously fashion related and so ROR >>

The winning team chose the slogan "Keep Your Heels, Head and Standard High" - a quote that Sophella London has already requested on one of our tees! We loved that they had added an image of the red stiletto shoe and that Anoushka who drew on the finished design, had signed the top - just like we personalise our tees!

Next up, Lucy gave a small presentation about the brands that were involved. We got to meet some of the other girls that turned up on the day, such as Fashion Feed and the Didi's Boutique. (Watch out for some exciting collabs coming soon...)

Finally the bit that all the girls had ben waiting for... The RAFFLE! EEk! We had one of our In The Frow vests up for grabs which was won by the beautiful Tasmin from tasxxx.blogspot.co.uk - She's already done a glowing review of our tees which you can read here >Tasmins Fab Blog Post.

We had a great day and left with a little goody bag all of our own (thanks Lucy!) We'll be tweeting about the goodies that we received over at @rockonrubyxx

We'll be getting involved in more Bloggers Meets in the UK, so hope to meet more lovely girls very soon...
