DELIVERY UPDATE

Hi! Thank you so much for shopping with us – you ROCK!

We do hold stock of 90% of our items. However, all items are printed and embroidered to order - especially for you!
Please allow 1 working day before your order is shipped on your chosen delivery service. If you need your item for a particular date, just message us and we'll do our utmost to accommodate you!

SHIPPING TIMES

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY

UK Orders: 48 hr delivery – but please allow 3 to 4 working days from order date.
Any orders containing handwriting tops can take an extra working day to process.
Once your order has been made, it will be shipped on your chosen delivery service:
Standard (48 hr: Approx 2-5 working days)
1st Class: (24hr: Approx 1-2 working days)
Express: Next Day Delivery (next working day after your order has been made)
 

1st CLASS DELIVERY - UK 24hr delivery
Allow 1 to 2 days from order date

HOW IT WORKS

Orders can arrive between 9am and 5pm. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for Standard Delivery orders. If you require your order to arrive on or by a particular date, we recommend that you use our 1st Class or Express service. Once your order is displayed as 'Dispatched' please remember to allow at least 3 working days for your order to arrive.

At busier times of the year (eg. Christmas) postal services can slow down, we ask you to wait 7 working days after your order is 'Dispatched' before contacting us.

What if I'm not at my address to accept this? Orders may not require a signature upon delivery under the coronavirus updates.

If there is no one at your delivery address to sign for your parcel, a card will be left with details on how to organise a re-delivery (courier) or collection from your local sorting office (Royal Mail). To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, Royal Mail will won't be able to leave your order "hidden" at the address. However, they may choose to leave this with a neighbour.

Re-deliveries can be made for all week days (not including Strike Days) and some Saturdays.

Please check your email in the days following your order in case we need to contact you to confirm your address details or make any amendments to your order etc.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

£7.95 (sent via Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service)
Next Day Delivery Orders will be prioritised and willl be sent out the next working day.
Please let us know if you require your order by a certain date. If any items are out of stock then you will be informed asap!

All Next Day Delivery orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched the next appropriate working day.

If the delivery address is inaccessible, a card will be left and you will need to contact the courier to organise a re-delivery. The parcel will be returned to the nearest courier depot. It is the customers responsibility to collect their parcel (ID will be required).

If the courier parcel is not collected by the customer it will be returned to Rock On Ruby. The order will then be subject to a Failed Delivery Charge – £6.95. This will either be deducted from your refund amount or charged to your card once payment is taken for re-delivery.

*Please note: Orders on this service going to Northern Ireland and Scotland Highlands, the Channel Islands can take up to 2 Working Days to arrive on the Express Service. The postage charges are £7.95

IMPORTANT!

We will send out your parcel to the delivery address provided with your order. You will receive a confirmation email with all your details in.

We unfortunately aren't able to be held responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost or unable to be delivered, due to the incorrect address being given. In these circumstances no refund will be given on missing parcels until the items are returned to us (personalised items are exempt, but we can help organise redelivery).

A different delivery address to your billing address can be given at the check out.
 

Handwriting Cuff Sweatshirts:

For Handwriting Cuff Sweatshirts, please allow up to 3 days for your design to be embroidered before this is shipped on your chosen delivery service.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

DELIVERY UPDATE – 2023

International delivery has been reinstated and we will be monitoring shipping times.
All items will be sent tracked so we can track any Strike related delays. Shipping times are estimates, unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Please note, our website does not have a registered EORI number, so certain countries may require that you as the customer will be liable for an additional tax. To avoid this, you can order via our Etsy store where an EORI number is provided. 

Europe

Ireland Republic of Ireland Economy Shipping: Delivery can be approx 8 working days – £6.95
Tracked Shipping: Delivery up to 6 working days – £6.95

USA / Canada Delivery

Tracked Shipping: Delivery up to 10 working days – £7.95
*Some orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive to certain areas. Delays are rare but orders can be held for checks in customs for reasons outside of our control.

Rest of the World

Shipping And Handling for International Orders

Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed onto your local, internal postal service.

We're sorry but we can't change the delivery address of a parcel once your order has been placed.

If you are not available when your parcel is delivered, the Post Person should leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.

Please note any charges relating to tax and customs duty are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE: WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours – if this is not possible, we will inform you via email (where possible)

Any orders placed after 8:00 am will be sent out the next working day.

There will then be an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days (Standard Delivery) unless this qualifies for a Next Day Delivery Service.

We print & embroider items to order. In the event your item is not in stock, we will email you with an approximate dispatch date, offer you an alternative or give you the option to cancel the item if you would rather not wait.

Our posting days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays. Please note that our offices close at 5pm on Fridays. Our workshop is currently open weekends to process orders but Customer Service will largely be between Monday to Friday.
An automated email will be sent out to you to inform you that your order has been received and is being processed. 

Tracking not working? This sometimes won't be updated until the delivery has been attempted.
If you need your item by a specific date then please let us know when ordering and we will let you know if your order will reach you by then. We will also advise you on the best postage service for your needs.

Delivery timescales are based on Royal Mail and our courier services and are subject to their terms and conditions.

Items returned to us undelivered will incur a re-delivery charge payable in advance of re-delivery. The original postage will not be refunded.
All items are delivered by post; unfortunately it is not possible for you to collect your item.

Processing Orders in Covid: We fully hope to be able to process your orders safely. Our building is only accessed in working hours by our team and completely isolated from visitors. Any deliveries / collections are contactless.

We are working safely to ensure that we are able to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days. They will then be shipped via Royal Mail:
