What a Weekend!

Here´s our round up of the juiciest gossip from over the weekend!

Saturday Afternoon

The long awaited V Festival finally arrived? We couldn´t wait to see Eminem headlining after we heard he was reportedly being paid ?1 MILLION per show!? But it was Umbrella singer Rihanna who actually stole the show.

The sexy singer took to the stage in a teeny weeny pair of hot pants at that showed off her amazing figure? The star wore super short shorts over a pair of black fishnet tights - a look which is also favoured by Lady Gaga and was worn by Beyonce when she performed at Glastonbury!

The 23 year old singer did her best to get the crowd going ahead of headliner Eminem. She Tweeted straight after her performance: ´#VFESTDay1 I LOVE YOU!!! 80´000 screaming rockstars!!! I can´t wait to see Eminem!!!!´

Also performing at V Festival were The Script, The Saturdays, Primal Scream, Pendulum and Manic Street Preachers. Playing at Southern venue for V Fest, were the likes of Arctic Monkeys, Plan B, Dizzee Rascal, KT Tunstall and Jessie J - both line-ups switched locations on Sunday.

Saturday Evening

Celebrations were also taking place at a private residence in Montecito, California on Saturday night? Reality star Kim Kardashian tied the knot with her very handsome other half, Kris Humphries. TV Channel E! Entertainment gave fans a sneak preview of the big day which won´t air on the network until early October.

Kim looked stunning in her custom-designed Vera Wang gown with full skirt, corset waist and hand-pieced Chantilly lace. She completed her look with a gorgeous jeweled headpiece and veil.

(We wonder if Kim was wearing any sexy underwear and stockings like the ones that can be found in our new Bridal Lingerie section??!)

Sunday Afternoon

If you´re anything like us and you were having a Girly Night Out on Saturday evening, then your ´Hangover Sunday´ will have consisted of the brilliant X Factor repeat! Yes, the Talent Show is back on our screens and full to the brim of the usual drama

Not only did the new judges really get us talking (especially when Tulisa argued with one of the contestants! Yikes!!) but, television executives have also been accused of targeting professional singers to encourage them to enter. Kitty Brucknell was one of the successes of Saturday evening´s show, after singing her version of Lady Gaga´s Edge Of Glory.

It was claimed the TV executives had targeted Kitty, after seeing her singing online. Whilst Kitty IS amazingly a professional impersonator of both Lady Gaga and Britney Spears (!?) X Factor bosses insist that she simply applied for the show via YouTube - a method chosen by many of this years contestants.

Sunday Evening

Last night, Kelly Young (of Liberty X fame) celebrated her last night of freedom with a spectacular ´TOWIE´ themed Hen Party in actual Essex!

Bride-to-be Kelly looked amazing in a bright pink and purple dress. But what we really loved, were her amazing Hen Party Accessories! Kelly wore a silver tiara, with marabou trim, fluffy pink feather boa and a diamante Bride to Be sash (all of which can be found in our Hen Night Accessories section!)

The singer is set to marry songwriter fiancé Iain James, 31, next month after living together for several years? Guests of the outrageous TOWIE themed Hen Party, included Girls Aloud singer Kimberley Walsh and Michelle Heaton!
