An official remix of Katy´s new song ?E.T.? now features Kanye West so of course it´s bound to be controversial... With lyrics such as ?I´mma disrobe you then I´mma probe you? Russell Brand had better keep an eye on that Kanye near his missus!Known for her adventurous looks and sexy costumes, Katy looks absolutely amazing in the extra terrestrial video: ,We absolutely love her neon pink face paint and blue eyeliner combination!
When speaking about getting her make-up done for the video, Katy told MTV, "It was like, five and six hours, each makeup look."
The singer undergoes three different looks for the video. Our favourite has to be Katy with her metallic braided hair, gold make up and sexy Army Breastplate. .
But according to the singer, her patience for the shoot paid off: "It was hard for me! It was really a patience thing for me on this video. But, you know, it´s like when you´re doing a film. Sometimes you have to do prosthetics, and you have to get really old or turn into an animal or a monster - and that´s kind of what this process was."
The video was directed by Flora Sigismondi who has previously worked on videos for Christina Aguilera, Marilyn Manson, and The White Stripes.
The song is already sitting at the top of the charts in the US (and we love it here at GNO HQ too!)
