🚚 Please allow 2-4 days processing time before your order is shipped via your chosen delivery service.

To create your cap:

1. Choose the cap colour and embroidery colour that you would like the design to appear in.

2. Upload a photo of your chosen message. Please ensure that the writing is clear, solid design and stands out in the image. Best results are black felt tip on white paper! 

If the text is from a larger piece of writing, please message us to let us know the text that you would like stitching.

Once digitised, if the design goes over our standard number of stitches/takes more than 15 minutes to embroider, we may need to charge extra.

Who delivers Rock On Ruby's Parcels?

We use Royal Mail as our UK delivery provider. 

If we are sending a large parcel or something that needs to go very quickly we may use a courier company such as FedEx.

For International shipments they will be delivered by your local delivery service.
