Last weekend we hosted a stall at the Manchester Etsy Made Local event. This forms part of a national initiative launched by Etsy, designed to celebrate local makers, collectors and artisans across the country. The event was one of many, but the Manchester event was held at the People’s History Museum; a beautiful venue for a fabulous weekend! We loved showcasing our products and meeting all the lovely customers and of course, other sellers. Brands such as Rianna Phillips, Rory & The Bean, Charlotte Hicks, Marcus Lane and Nicola Rowlands were also exhibiting, so we got chatting to our fellow independents!
Our most popular piece was our ‘Smiling Gives You Wrinkles, Resting Bitch Face Keeps You Pretty’ Make up bag - it is definitely the season to be sassy! We also had lots of love for our Christmas greetings cards and post cards, which were spreading the Christmas spirit this early in December. If you’ve spotted a make up bag that you particularly love, don’t forget to enter our competition, 12 Days of Christmas Countdown, over on Twitter and Instagram (@rockonrubyxx). You could be in with a chance of winning a make up bag of your choice! Competition ends 15th December.
Thank you to Rianna Phillips and Frances B for images of our stall. Please do keep tagging us in any posts you feature us in - we love to see ROR appreication!
