Okay. First things first, it's obviously the cutest packaging you ever did see! With each parcel delivery comes a little uplifting quote just for you. You deserve it after all. We want you to be excited about receiving your ROR goodies, so why wouldn't we shout about it on the packaging too! We've also just remade this quote into new post cards to go in with each order. Stick in on your wall, frame it and put it on your desk, put it wherever you might need a little reminder of your greatness!It's plastic free!
Our orders are sent out in brown paper packaging to reduce our single plastic usage as a business. Your order will be carefully folded into a red and white striped bag, sealed with an ROR sticker and then placed inside a brown paper bag. Even with our large orders that are too big for the paper bags, we make sure to ship the products in compostable/biodegradable mail bags.
FSC approved
The mail bags we use are FSC approved! The FSC approval means that this paper has come from well managed forests and/or recycled materials. This means we can use these bags knowing that they aren't destroying our environment.They're still sturdy!
Many of the order returns that we receive are sent back to us in the same packaging they were sent out in. These envelopes and bags are sturdy enough to make multiple trips - you don't have to worry about your items!Since making the switch to these biodegradable options in 2017, we've used 180,000 less plastic bags than we would have. We figured that 180,000 plastic mailers stacked up would be almost as tall as the Gherkin in London!! We can live without single use plastic - we've just got to find the right alternatives!
