First things first then, what is actually on this sweatshirt?

This cosy, unisex fit jumper is embroidered on one sleeve with the slogan "Always by my side" and then your very own handwriting is embroidered on the other sleeve. You can choose your sweatshirt colour and your embroidery colour so that the gift can suit anyone's style!
How do I send you my writing?
After you've placed your order, just email over a clear photo of your handwriting to supportsquad@rockonruby.co.uk. The best result comes from black felt tip on white paper with a photo taken in bright lighting.
What size should I choose?
These are unisex style jumpers so they do have a mroe relaxed fit and longer sleeves. Your best option is to use our size guide and measure it against a jumper you know fits well. You can check our size guide here.
How many names can I have?
This all depends on how big you would like the names! We can fit 7 comfortably on one sleeve - as long as your names aren't too long 😆 If you want more names, the next question is for you!
Can I embroider on both cuffs?
Yes! We have previously split 10 names over both sleeves instead of having "Always by my side" on the opposite sleeve. If this is something you would like, just add it into your email with your photos!
Do I have to have "Always by my side"?
No! If you'd prefer the sleeve blank, or as stated above with the names over both sleeve, just let us know in your email and we can update your order.
Does it have to be names?
No! You can add doodles, drawings, slogans, whatever you'd like! You can also check out our handwriting breast pocket listing here or the handwriting cuff listing here. These might be more fitting for you!
Can I return it if I don't like it?
Unfortunately, our personalised items cannot be returned as they are super custom items that are made to order just for you.
