In the past week, it has been all systems go at ROR HQ. It’s the busiest time for us, but we are so glad we can finally say, Christmas is nearly here! With Christmas Jumper Day done and dusted, we hope you enjoyed your snuggly yet sassy Friday, celebrating the festive season in style. In the run up to the big day, the last call for Christmas post at ROR, ensuring your purchase is guaranteed to arrive in time, was 11am this morning, so we hope you got your orders in time!
In order to spread not only the Christmas cheer but also the magical word about our fab Manchester-based brand, this weekend we were thrilled to be a part of Not On The High Street’s #ColourSaturday. The elves at NOTHS have been touring the country in their bespoke Colour Truck, engaging the nation in a celebration of the UK’s best small businesses. Decking out a lorry with only the most unique clothing, accessories, homeware, jewellery, tasty treats and much more, it is a mini, portable showroom of delights on 10 wheels. With exciting offers such as an exclusive 15% discount on board, hot chocolate upon arrival, giveaways and the chance to win £500 to spend at notonthehighstreet.com, you would be totally crazy to miss out.
So this is where we come in. For us, the event was held at Spinningfields in Manchester; the stylish sector of the city, where scents of homemade market food, hot chocolate and gifts galore filled the air. On both Friday and Saturday, we were showcasing our ROR make up bags, which were loved by so many. With the chance to see and purchase our products here, we had lots of compliments about our sassy slogans. On Saturday, the sneak peeks continued. We relocated our heat press from the studio to the truck for one day only, where Holly did live demonstrations of our printing process on site. Bespoke at it’s best!
