Yes, Autumn is officially here and that means only one thing - Bonfire Night is coming!!
After a wild Halloween night, a Bonfire party is the perfect way to unwind at the weekend. EVENTS: There are plenty of free Bonfire events happening around the UK.
For those of you in Manchester (like us!) head to:
The hugely popular Heaton Park, Platt Fields Park and Wythenshawe Park events, organised by Manchester council. These will all happen on Saturday November 5.
Or, if your in the South why not head to one of these major Bonfires in London:
- Barham Park Fireworks Display and Diwali
- Bridgwater Illuminated Carnival Friday 19:00-22:00 Illuminated Parade of 140 massive floats, up to 100 ft long, each with up to 30,000 light bulbs.
Or, if you can wait till next week there will be the Lord Mayor´s Show and Fireworks Display which includes a three mile-long parade through the City. These fireworks take place the week after Bonfire Night, offering a second chance to anyone who can´t make the main displays this weekend!
Don´t forget to wrap up warm and listen to your mum when she says don´t mess around with Fireworks!!
